Terms of Service - Marble Jump

Welcome to Marble Jump! These Terms of Service govern your use of the Marble Jump mobile game developed by Mad Works Development LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. If under 18, use must be supervised or approved by a parent or guardian.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to play the game.

3. User Conduct

• No cheating, hacking, or reverse engineering.
• No offensive behavior to others.

4. In-App Purchases

All purchases are final. Refunds are managed by the App Store per their policy.

5. Data & Game Center

We use Apple Game Center and AdMob. Your game progress may be saved to your device or Apple ID.

6. Intellectual Property

All assets, art, code, and content are owned by Mad Works Development LLC and may not be reused without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
